General Partners

Leland Faust

Mr. Faust is the founder and Chairman of CSI Capital Management. He received an undergraduate degree from the University of California at Berkeley and was an honors graduate of Harvard Law School, where he instructed a course in income tax law. Since October 1997, he has been the portfolio manager of the CSI Equity Fund, a global stock fund. Mr. Faust has lectured extensively on tax and financial matters, and is co-author of the book Personal Tax Planning. He was named by Barron’s to its list of the top 100 Mutual Fund Managers. He has been recognized by Martindale-Hubbell in its Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers and was previously named by The Sporting News to its list of the 100 most powerful people in the sports industry.

Sam Jadallah

Mr. Jadallah studied computer engineering at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH and is a General Partner at Mohr Davidow Ventures, a leading venture capital firm, headquartered in Menlo Park, Ca. Prior to that, he served in senior management positions at Microsoft and as managing director of operations at Internet Capital Group (ICG). At ICG, Mr. Jadallah led the west coast and Asian operations and served as a member of ICG's senior management team and acquisition committee. Prior to ICG, he spent 12 years at Microsoft where his final position was vice president, Worldwide Enterprise Sales. In that position he led worldwide marketing and sales efforts to commercial and academic customers. He also led Microsoft's service channel efforts. Additionally, he led Microsoft's efforts in distribution, anti-piracy, TechNet, and training and certification. He also served as general manager of Worldwide Business Strategy directly for Steve Ballmer and general manager of Corporate and Developer Support, where he led the creation of the award-winning customer support service for Microsoft's line of server and developer products.

Detlef Schrempf

Mr. Schrempf studied International Business at the University of Washington. Since completing his 16-year professional basketball career in the NBA, Mr. Schrempf has served as a member of the advisory board for Pro Trust Growth Fund and SV Equity Growth Fund I. He has actively invested in a diversified portfolio of corporations, real estate development, manufacturing, and hotel industry entities. He is currently the President of the Detlef Schrempf Foundation (www.detlef.com), which has raised over $5 million for children’s charities.

Charles Banks

Mr. Banks is the President of the CSI Capital Management, Inc. and head of its marketing division. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia, where he earned his BA degree. Prior to joining CSI Capital Management, Inc., Mr. Banks worked in the financial services industry specializing in planning for high net worth individuals. Mr. Banks currently sits on the Board of Directors of Kustom Entertainment, a management and production company based in Santa Monica, California.

Aaron Faust

Mr. Faust is the Executive Vice President of CSI Ventures, LLC. He received his undergraduate degree with Distinction in General Scholarship from the University of California at Berkeley and is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center. Mr. Faust sits on the Board of the Ohana Hotel Company, which manages, owns and operates the Hotel Hana Maui in Maui, Hawaii. Mr. Faust sat on the Advisory Board of The Odyssey Club LLC, a multi-location private residence club that was acquired by Exclusive Resorts (www.exclusiveresortsclub.com ) in December 2003. Prior to joining CSI, Mr. Faust worked as a corporate lawyer at Cooley Godward LLP and co-founded Tyler Speed, a clothing company, where he currently serves on the Board.
